17th of Rabi-ul-awwal 1431 A.H. – birth anniversary of Rasool-e-Khuda Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h and the 6th Holy Imam, Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad as Sadiq(a.s.) .
On this occasion of happiness in the house of Prophet Mohammad(sawaw), Anjuman Janisaran-e-Ahlebait extend our greetings to Prophet Mohammad(sawaw), Imam-e-Zamana(a.s.), the Ahl-e-Bait(a.s.) and to all the Momineen and Mominaat.
Anjuman Janisaran-e-Ahlebait strongly condemns cowardly attacks at Juloos processions in Muzaffarabad and Karachi. We demand justice to be served to those who got affected by these heinous crimes.
We also protest against demands by certain political factions to reduce Azadari processions and gatherings – Azadri is the life line of our religion and we will stand against any effort to limit Aza-e-Imam Hussain a.s.
A rally was arranged at Islamabad press club building on 29th Dec to condemn blasts in Karachi and Muzaffarabad Juloos.
Like previous years Majalis were arranged at Central Jail Rawalpindi by the Anjuman. The arrangements included daily distribution of niyaz to 300 to 400 prisoners at the facility. About 100,000 Rs were contributed to this cause.
