Flood Relief Activities – Update
The list of recipients of relief goods at Laiyyah is being attached with this post; as mentioned earlier, last week’s relief package was designed for 500 families the names of with are mentioned herewith.
For this weekend, another package is being prepared for flood victims of Koat Addu and Daira Deen Panah. 300 packages have been prepared for the momineen that have not yet received any support from the local authorities.
We thanks everyone for their support so far and are looking forward for the cooperation from Momineen all over the world for this noble cause.
Flood Relief Activities – Laiyyah Trip
A convoy of 2 trucks containing relief good weighing 14,000 KG is en route to Laiyyah along with members of the Anjuman. This shipment is desiged to facilitate 500 families in the flood effected region of LAYYIAH.

As per estimates published by the United Nations, floods in Pakistan have caused greater damage than Haiti’s Tsunami disaster of 2004 and Pakistan’s Northern Areas Earthquake of the year 2005. The floods have directly affected about 14 million people with the main concentration in Khaiber-Pakhtoon Khwa, Punjab and Sindh provinces.
